At Panda Patisserie, we have been crafting the best modern Japanese pastries since 2015, with a workshop and store in Madrid. We are the first Japanese patisserie in Spain to make Japanese Cotton Cheesecake (2015) and Fluffy Pancakes (2019) and the first in Madrid to offer Mochi, Dorayaki, or Kakigori, contributing significantly to the craze these sweet treats have created. Besides being delicious, our Japanese pastries stand out for their wonderful soft, fluffy, and delicate textures that we invite you to discover.

Since 2020, we have also brought Japanese patisserie to your home, being the first Japanese patisserie online in Spain and Europe! Our goal is clear: to be synonymous with quality Japanese patisserie and bring quality Japanese patisserie to every corner, both in our stores and online.

And... who is Goro? Our Panda! Although hundreds of you have already adopted one of our plush pandas, soon you will all become familiar with him, as you will find him on all our boxes, tea cans, jam jars, and generally anywhere there are quality sweets, as he loves them! We can say that at Panda Patisserie, Goro is "The Boss." Under his supervision, our team of professional pastry chefs craft delicious pastries, bakery items, and Japanese patisserie daily, which we send to any location for you to gift or share at home, in your office, or at your event within just 24-48 hours, or even enjoy same-day delivery if you live in Madrid. Our patisserie is pioneering in Spain by bringing modern Japanese patisserie, which you can find today in the best neighbourhoods of Shibuya, Shinjuku, Minato, Ginza, or Asakusa in Tokyo, or Nakagyo or Higashiyama in Kyoto. Among them, we have been the first patisserie in Spain to bring Cotton Cheesecake (2015) and Fluffy Pancakes (2019) and one of the first to make artisanal Japanese pastries like dorayaki, melon bread, dango, or matcha green tea cookies; Japanese bakery items like the famous Shokupan or "Hokkaido milk bread," and to make homemade daifuku mochi with various irresistible fillings using premium ingredients. Additionally, in recent years, we have selected some of the best ingredient suppliers in the world during our trips to Japan, which we have materialised into new ranges of very exclusive products:

The perfect gift

We know that our mochi, dorayaki, cheesecake, teas, matcha kits, or cookies and chocolates are the perfect gift, and for this reason, we have taken care of every detail to ensure our packaging is not only beautiful and original but also environmentally friendly. We are committed to 0% non-recyclable plastics and only use water-based inks and FSC-certified paper, one of the world's most stringent standards, which guarantees that the virgin pulp used for packaging comes from responsibly managed forests. Our packaging is made in Spain to reduce the Co2 footprint and support the local economy. Our mochi and dorayaki, which come in 5 and 10-unit boxes, have the perfect format for sharing and enjoying discovering new flavours while watching the calories. A mochi or dorayaki is about 200 calories, and along with a glass of milk, juice, or fruit, it makes a very nutritious breakfast or snack.

We want to be with you in those special moments, and that's why we have thought of every detail to make it easier. In addition to our mochi, dorayaki, tea kits, or matcha sets, you also have whole cakes, perfect for celebrations. Need candles? You can now buy them. Want to congratulate someone far away? Provide their address and check the "It's a gift" box, and the gift will be sent to the address you specify, prepared without prices and with packaging that takes care of every detail. Express and sustainable delivery

At Panda Patisserie, we have spent many months redefining what a Premium delivery should be for us. We have selected the most serious, punctual, and responsible home delivery companies. We demand deliveries within a maximum of 24 hours with guaranteed refrigerated temperature 2-6º to ensure our freshly made products always arrive fresh and refrigerated when necessary. We pack and protect in custom-made boxes, tested to withstand impacts and weather conditions. Additionally, we only work with companies that invest in reducing their Co2 footprint through innovation and the acquisition of 0% emission vehicles. Finally, and crucially in these times with the Covid-19 situation, all our products are packaged and protected from the outside once prepared. Our team packages and protects them in special closed boxes before being handed over to the courier company. We have selected companies that have implemented serious and responsible 0% contact policies to ensure you are protected at all times.
