Extra Yuzu Marmalade (Limited Edition) - 220 g

The jewel of jams. For us, there is no better citrus for making a jam. The reason? Its skin and aroma are unique, with a fragrant and sweet scent featuring hints of grapefruit, lime, and tangerine, and the confited yuzu peel is delicious. It will inspire you to use it not only on toast or pancakes but also in yogurt, granola, or even to make a refreshing lemonade, yuzu tea, or cocktail. It's a winter fruit, and we only make 2 batches of yuzu jam each year during the season, so it tends to sell out quickly. All our jams are artisanal, peeled by hand, and cooked slowly, as tradition dictates.

Orders placed from Sunday to Thursday before 4:00 PM will be shipped the next day and should be delivered to your home within 12-24 hours (*) from the time we ship. Orders placed from Friday to Saturday before 4:00 PM will be shipped on Monday and delivered within 12-48 hours from the shipping time.

※ You will receive an email or SMS from SEUR with the shipping details and the estimated delivery date/time slot. Please make arrangements and/or provide instructions to ensure the packages are collected as soon as possible, especially if they contain refrigerated or perishable products. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE, NOR CAN WE RESEND OR REFUND THE PURCHASE AMOUNT IF THE PACKAGES ARE NOT COLLECTED. Our products are shipped protected, but please note that if they deteriorate due to being left uncollected for too long, we cannot replace them or claim compensation from the shipping company.

NACEX Same Day [currently only Madrid M40]

Available Monday to Friday, for orders received BEFORE 1:00 PM, we ship the same day between 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM. For orders received AFTER 1:00 PM, we ship the next day and deliver before 12:00 PM. This is a premium express service that allows you to receive your purchase at home within a few hours, similar to a delivery service. Since the shipping is not refrigerated, products requiring cold are shipped at a very low temperature to protect them. Please understand that sometimes products may arrive very cold or slightly frozen inside, so it is advisable to temper them before eating or keep them in the fridge if you want to preserve them for later. Always follow the consumption and storage instructions.

Returns

Perishable Products (fresh and perishable food items)

Please note that perishable products cannot be returned even if they are sealed. If you encounter any issues with preservation or quality of the product, please contact us. We will review the situation and refund the product if appropriate, always aiming for your satisfaction.

Non-Perishable Products (non-perishable or non-food items)

If you wish to return a non-perishable product you have purchased, please contact us within the first 14 days from the date of your purchase, and we will refund your money as long as the product is unopened and upon receipt of the returned item. The refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase or as a gift voucher of your choice. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except for returns due to quality issues, which will be covered by us.

All our products are shipped in positive cold (*) to ensure their preservation.

For consuming immediately, we recommend letting them sit at room temperature for half an hour before consumption. Once opened, keep refrigerated in an airtight container or wrapped with film and consume within the day.

For preserving and consuming at a later time, place the products in the refrigerator between +2 and +4 degrees Celsius without opening, and consume before the expiration date indicated on the packaging.
We always recommend letting them sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before eating. And consume within the day once opened.

※ Our products have a shelf life of 5-10 days from the shipping date when refrigerated and unopened.

(*) In some cases, the interior of the product may arrive slightly frozen due to the preservation temperatures, which is completely normal. In these cases, if you do not consume it immediately, placing it in the refrigerator will bring the product to the appropriate temperature. If you prefer to eat it on the same day, keep it at room temperature for the necessary time.
